A court on Thursday condemned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) official in Sindh Assembly to three years imprison sentence in the wake of discovering him liable of misrepresentation.
Mr Sachanand, chose on held seats for non-Muslims, was sentenced for misrepresentation by a court in Tando Adam.
He was blamed for giving Rs10 million check to Ayub Rajpoot which bobbed.
The legislator was captured after judge Kamran Kalhoro articulated the decision.
